http://adoptablepets.homestead.com/waiting6.html Quote: Hi, I saw your post on the oes board about the oes recently rescued.
We have gotten them out of the kennel they were in just this past sat. and have had a chance to evaluate them. They really need to get into experienced foster homes and training and socializing etc.. your one poster wrote they look like they are clinging to each other in fear and that person is correct they are. The boys are good natured, but skittish(not biters). the older female is growly and will need the most work. There was a 4th boy he wasn;t too bad . our vets groomer shaved him and he just got adopted. We did shave(not professionally) and had neutered one of the boys. The rest are still needing work. Ideally, we are looking for a 501 c3 or state licensed breed rescue for them, so they can begin healing and training. They would be free to oes breed rescue except the male who we had neutered his basic vet fees would need to be paid to be released. The others have not had any grooming or vet work done yet. We can have that done if their breed rescue wishes to pay for it. Professional grooming, shots, neuter, microchip and deworming started would run $175 to breed rescue We are set up more as a shelter and they will need more socializing and training than we can properly offer I tried contacting one oes group and heard nothing back. perhaps, you know who can help? They are located North MO and will need transport thanks Diane a pet shelter I wasn't sure which rescue to contact, but I sent out 2 emails. It is obvious to me that this shelter is really trying to help these guys, but they seem to have taken on too much. Can someone please help get them to the right rescue? her email is: dogkrazy@nemr.net |

I emailed them back with names of two rescues near by, well at least within 4 hours away. |
