You know you're losing it when...
me: ugh... you've got the wrong number caller: This isn't [insert my correct number] me: <pauses real long b/c I can't figure out my number> caller: <gets irritated I don't know> nevermind, so Mr. J doesn't live here? me: NO!!!!! <hangs up> Then it all clicks that Mr. J IS MY HUSBAND. What the hell was I thinking?!?! I'm so used to calling him by his MIDDLE name that I had no idea who this Mr. J was. Hope the call wasn't important.  I couldn't stop hitting myself on the head afterwards. Earlier that day, the phone was in the fridge, so this shouldn't be too surprising.
I told my husband that I was seriously thinking of downing the bottle of wine we got from one of his clients last night. Why is it I crave alcohol ...large amounts at that... whenever I'm pregnant? |

| lol... last would really put me in a nuthouse ...although I think both qualify.
Apparently I don't know husband's first name. 
What's funny is people call all the time (telemarketers) asking for him, but I think it's usually first and last. Maybe that's why this threw me off ...or maybe it's true the brain does shrink when pregnant ...and you've got a crazy house. |

My best friend was pregnant and was making us coffee when I dropped over, she started grumbling to her DH for forgetting to buy milk. Him all offended, "I DID buy milk" Her "well, where is it then?" Him "in the fridge!" Her "no its not!!" Him "why is there laundry powder, in the fridge?" Her "I dont know, then that means the milks in the ...." Yep, there it was on the shelf in the laundry cupboard. I was just glad she didnt put the laundry powder in my coffee. |

| Shon is my middle name. When people call me by my first name (Christopher) I have to think about it from time to time. Just not used to hearing my first name. |
