If you trim, you'll have to trim forever, just keep that in mind. If you want to someday let it grow out to pull it up, just tough it out for about a month more and you'll have enough hair to pull back. |
We always get sick of it and trim the hair on the bridge of the nose and anything going in the eye ................AND THEN REGRET IT!! I prefer to grow it out and tie back |
I cut Rosie's off just one time and hated it took quite a while to grow back don't do it

How about some hair gel?
Elvis has left the building I trim Archie, not severely however |
I'm big on trimming eye hair. If your plans are getting him/her trimmed or in puppy coat...trim the eye hair. It does grow back if it doesn't look good. |
I prefer to have it in a top knot, just me. Just like I like an OES in full coat. If you keep him in a puppy cut, well that's a different story. |
I also prefer to grow it into a topknot. When Ru was tiny and his hair started covering his eyes, I got those plastic kind of see-through bands. You can get tiny ones but I found the medium size easier to put in. You can't really see it once it's in and if you're lucky it will stay in a few days before needing to re-tie it. You will need to put the topknot almost between the eyes to start with, until the hair grows then you can move it up.
Your avatar is painfully cute |
hehe
I am campaigning for the trim camp Trimming doesn't have to be severe http://archiepup.fotopic.net/p56755141.html others in same album (when it responds!) will show Mr Dandelion head! |
I had Remy's eye hair trimmed and she looks as cute as a button, and you can see her one brown and one blue eye, she definitely sees a lot better.
My 2 cents. |
moon rays always trimmed around the eyes and but I think he likes it better when he can see cuz he really acks like it and runs more besides seeing what he is getting into. LOL |
