Naked sheepies are the lovingest.... : )
My husband wanted to keep him an inch or two long, and we started with a guide that did that, but his chin and the spaces right below his ears were pretty matted, and we had to go shorter. So, he got beaned all the way down all over. FINALLY he looks like a sheepie to me. (He always looked like a tail-less beardie to me when he had hair.) He finally has a sheepie body shape, too. When he was a puppy he had no shape to his body. He was worm like. Now his chest has filled out, too. We're now doing Portage, slowly. It'll take a week. (He used to be very good about it, but with a sore back he fusses a lot more. Poor guy. Hence the shorter periods of shaving.) Anyway, I just wanted to report that Evil Puppy has been really sweet since the ordeal. At night he curls up and snuggles. Of course, I choose to pretend it's about love and not just about sucking my heat. Turns out, he also snores like a lumberjack. And MUST sleep on my pillow with me. Ahhh, the joys of life with Hudson  . Even at his sweetest and snuggliest he STILL keeps me up at night. |

Glacier snores on the couch near the bed.......she's a real rippin' snorer too. Funny when I'm on the phone and she's snoring nearby. People on the phone have asked, "Who's that?" |
