Puppy from Iowa,Hendricks mom
I am scheduled to go look at the litter of puppies today....and REALLY appreciate all the input so far.....the water dish suggestion is very unique...THANK YOU! But as I was reading post I came across an older one from Hendricks mom that I believe purchased the pup from the same couple. I have tried e-mail...but they keep "bounceing"...sorry Ron  .I have pm her also...but noticed she hasnt been on the site in awhile.............sooo is there anyone else out there who may have purchase a pup in DesMoines or know if Hendricks mom is still active on the board. Sorry for the ramble. |

| Hi! I'm new here...Ron found a blog post I wrote yesterday where I was pining for an OES and invited me to the forum. I am writing you back here because I noticed you are in Iowa (I am, too). Can I ask who you are checking out in Des Moines? I haven't done too much looking yet, but I can feel the pull for an OES and so I thought I'd start keeping my eyes open. Let me know what you think when you meet the breeders and the pups (if you don't mind sharing).

| Where are you 2 in IA?
I am in southern MN. I actually was in Des Moines on Sunday for a dog show.  Helping a friend show her toy breed dogs though, not an OES. 
I don't know of any breeders who show or compete in anything down that way. Are they decent - or BYB's? |
| I live near Ames, IA...30 miles north of Des Moines. But, I am originally from MN (central MN). I had an OES when I was younger...and am totally wanting to get another. I haven't met any breeders in IA yet...so I have no idea how many there are, who they are, or anything like that. If anyone has any tips, feel free to pass them on to me! |
