well, we visited a Newf person who had just gottena cavalier puppy. the dog slept on the Newf  guess it saved the cost of a dog bed  |

http://www.ttca-online.org/html/rescue.html Glad it is closed down but it will take special homes for all these poor dogs no matter what the breed. At least they won't be breeding more. It just seems people should get smart and not buy such dogs and then they would all close down. So sad, my two TT's live for love and these puppymill TT's probably live to eat their next meal and happiness is not having another dog threatening you. |

Lately local sheriffs have been rading NE Missouri puppy mills. I mean lately in the last year or so. There have been many dogs confiscated around this area. Loads of backyard breeders who load up there pups in crates adn meet this guy at a store parking lot on Saturdays. He takes the dogs and ships them to Florida and other states. I am sure people are thinking this is quick money, but this is SO bad, but glad we are having a few people begining rescues to help place these dogs up here. I took two CHI's in the last 8 months. |
