Hello all! I just joined today and thoufh I do not currently own an OES I grew up with one and would love to have one in my home again. I am keeping my eyes and ears open for a rescue pup and will be ready to adopt sometime this spring. My husband and I are moving to a rural area in NW wisconsin and can finally have a big dog. Right now we have 2 mini dachshunds named Weenie and Cricket so I need an OES that will get along with small dogs. I am thinking I would like to adopt a dog between 1-3 years of age. The dog I grew up with, Dudley, was a male so I am partial to them, also my female dachsie is alpha and I think she would be best with another male in the house. If anyone knows of a pup needing a home in the midwest just let me know! Thanks all! I was looking at the picture thread and your babies are all so beautiful! |
