Bally ate our digital camera He's chewed his way though the screen and lens -thankfully without cutting himself or swallowing anything! It wasn't insured, so now I have the fun job of telling my fiance... I think it's going to be one of those "your dog" situations Bally has a very dangerous technology addiction. He's eaten 2 tv cables, 5 sets of fairy lights, phone chargers and now this These are always things kept completely out of reach (the camera was in a case behind the books in a shelf!) but you know sheepies..... I'm just glad he hasn't hurt himself |

oh my gosh! bad boy!!!!!!
Hope this is the last time, but from what you said it will not be. How does hw get at these things. Does hw watch you put them away???? |
Bally and Tiggy must have a common ancestor. Tiggy loves technology too.
2 mobile phones, she started on the digital camera but I caught her just after she got it out of its pouch (so the cameras OK but Wayne keeps wondering why the little tag things to open the pouch zip are all missing-I of course know nothing ), 2 USB headsets, 1 laptop power cable transformer (dont know how she didnt electrocute herself) but she doesnt limit herself as many of you know also 2 pairs of Wayne's prescription glasses, numerous pens, 2 pairs of sunglasses and I wont bore you with all the other stuff. I sympathise with you! I get the your dog thing too. Wayne forgets that HIS dalmo ate 1 coffee table, 2 side tables, a chest of drawers and 3 outdoor chairs. Well all the corners off them anyway. |

That makes me feel so much better! I'm glad I'm not alone in this one. I have no idea how Bally gets his paws on these things, he doesn't even counter surf (yet) but I guess he just gets was too curious. Thankfully, he seems to know to pull thing out of sockets before devouring them. I think he must just nose around every corner until he finds something appealing to chew. Sigh. |
Hi Dominique, it is a puzzle!! Tiggy doesnt counter surf either. But I have caught her out just kinda casually roaming around poking her big black snoz into every corner and nook and cranny. I thought I was safe shoving my shoes right under the drawers of the coffee table its 9cm off the floor (yep I measured 'cause I couldnt believe it) and a wide table but no Madam gets them out and chews them. Mind you I have NEVER caught her in the act but no one else eats shoes around here. The other problem I have is that hubby is congenitally incapable of putting anything away. |
Oh, my! I'm glad he didn't swallow anything but what a mess. Winston likes odd things, too. He chewed up two TV remote controls at the dogsitters and a plastic container of razors. Last week he became ill. The vet reported that he had a lot of "plant material" in his system.
We've had a lot of snow here and he hadn't been outside by himself. I think that he must have grabbed part of the neighbor's evergreen shrub that was broken by the snow. They are quick, very quick. |
You or the dog??? |
oh so we will not have pics from u for a while glad he is aok |
