my OES has bumps that are now bleeding

Help.... My 9 month OES has bumps that open up and bleed. We have taken him to 2 vets and they say it is food allergies. He is on steriods and prescription food. They bleed all the time and just don't seem to go away. Should we see a new vet?

He seems happy though. Please any input would be appreciated.
