I am taking him for his 3 years Rabies shot, so I don't think he will be too happy with me today. I'll try to make it up to him.  |

| He may be 5 yrs old, but he still thinks he's a puppy.
I thought he would be mad about the shot... but nope. I don't even think he noticed. He was just so thrilled to play with the other dogs in the waiting room. He even layed down to play with a really small dog. I got lots of compliments on his behavior. I am so proud of him. He is such a good boy! |

I wanted to wait as close as possible to his due date for his shot. He is due on the 7th and his license expires on the 8th. They are not open on the 7th for shots and the place where I need to renew the license is not open on the 8th. I am busy the rest of the week, so it had to be today. He's not mad, he enjoyed the extra attention. |

Most of mine are the same way. 
I did something similar - Riley (who is my Irish named dog) got neutered on St Patrick's Day.  |
