Take one small avocado and mash lightly. Toast two slices of good crusty bread. (I use Pain Au Levain Whole Wheat from Whole Foods but I think sourdough would also be good here.) Drizzle bread with olive oil. Spread avocado over the bread. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and sea salt flakes. Yummy. |

The toast is the secret here, the toast crunch and releasing flavors, the chewie bread vs the oooey smoothie avacado. Salt for spike, EVOO because it is good. Sounds delightful! |
