On a side note, can you guys believe Owen is six months old already? He came in just under the wire for the show. I think he'll be the youngest puppy in his group at 6 months and 4 days old! |

Good luck, have fun and smile I think Owen is a winner he is cute as a button (is there a class for that ??) |
Good luck! |

Mandy, luckily, since he's such a little puppy, he doesn't even really require full bucket assistance yet so you're not missing out! Thanks to Owen modifying one of my Chris Christensen brushes, I now have an excellent ringside brush. |
You guys go kick some sheepie butt Good luck Don't be nervous, I showed Jazz for the first time in a puppy match last weekend, I was nervous at first, but then had to concentrate on the pup, all in all I think we both did pretty well |
Good luck tomorrow!!
And don't forget your camera so you can share the event with us back home |
Best of luck Jill and Owen!

Pretty well???? Don't you have something to add to that, or did I miss something in the brags section? Jill - good luck! Puppies have caused upsets before. Go for it!!! I'm sure you'll have fun Kathy - the breed ring isn't like performance rings. Nowhere near as heartstopping. You just do it and don't get too hung up on the results, good or bad, since so much is subjective. Main goal is to not trip over the dog Does Quin have his ILP name yet...? I love showing puppies since the main goal is to make sure they have a good time and anything else is just icing. Owen looks great. Should be a blast any way you cut it. Kristine |
good luck jill and owen!!! he will knock their socks off...i know it!!
sooooo, WHAT are you wearing???? shoes, what type? |
GOOD LUCK OWEN & JILL |
Kristine, Yes, I forgot to post that last Sunday Jazz took group 1st. in the puppy match in Hamburg ,NY. Next weekend we will be in Allentown for puppy sweeps. I am sort of sick just thinking about it When will I show like all you guys do? Just like the pros |
GO JILL, GO OWEN, have fun you two. |
Good Luck Jill and Owen!!
Abby and I can not wait to hear how it went. We will be rooting for you both! Amy |

Well, if you're talking pros I KNOW you're not talking about me! He looked and showed so well in Syracuse. I'm surprised hubby let you steal him but not at all surprised about his continued success. Congratulations!!!!! Does this mean you get to show him? Kristine |
Actually, Jazzy is my dog to show, I chickened out in Syracuse I was supposed to show him I am not sure who will show him this weekend, there are 206 puppys registered in sweeps match, and 364 in breed match. We will see . |

Holy WOW. Where are you finding all these great matches?????? Not that I have a puppy to show. It's just so nice when you have that kind of thing available to people. Such a great way to start. Kristine |
I decied that if I went to handling class and found matches it would be good practice for real shows, but I still get nervous so far, hoping it will pass. I have been finding the matches right in the show premiums sent to me. I am also going to look tonight on line by googling different kennel club names to see what they have going on. I know there is one in Elmira, NY in March, and I think ther is one Cornell has in Feb. that is the one I am looking for tonight. |

does that mean 364 OES entered? or could there be duplicates? either way that is a lot of OES. where is the show? |
That must be the numbers for all breeds... I don't even think there are that many oes being shown in all of north america.... |
that is what confused me |
There are 206 puppies in sweeps Sat. night, and I am sure they are all different breeds, and 364 Sunday for an all breed match. It is in Allentown, PA. |
