obviously all of these puppies are in poor conditions, they're just filthy I feel so helpless as to what to do... |

Puppies get dirty. VERY DIRTY!!! Offer to wash the puppies for the breeder. I'm sure your help would be appreciated.
Dirty puppies are not a sign of a bad breeder. Now advertising on puppyfind does raise red flags. |
Maybe someone else can remember-- isn't this the same picture this dealer was using for another dog awhile back but it was a male? That poor thing is filthy. It's so sad. |
yes puppies can get filthy; but filthy puppies can (not always, but sometimes) be a sign of neglectful behavior.
My breeder would wash Tonks and Luna before we'd come to visit; they'd often still be slightly damp when we got there. She told us that with fears of Parvo infection, they pups were never allowed outside. So we could only assume that in between our visits, the dogs were playing in their own waste. Once we figured it out, we pulled the pups from her a week early. We spent the better part of our first year with the girls training Tonks to not eat, and not roll in poop. Its still sometimes a challenge, but she's greatly improved from when we got her. |
Poor babies!!! In what state are they in? |
Any decent breeder (and most unethical breeders as well) would at least clean up the pups for the photo that they're using to sell the poor dogs.
Whoever buys these pups out of guilt is supporting bad breeding practices. |

I know very little about breeders except what i learn here - BUT, if the puppies look like that I bet the mother and dad look even worse. |
Puppyfind just makes me sick, I get new alerts everyday
about more OES pups! I saw yesterday that the "breeder" my foster Odie came from has more pups! (I did get Odie into rescue from seeing him on Puppyfind so, that was a good thing on Puppyfind) |
