He's supposed to make it home tomorrow evening, barring any delays.....after having several delays and moments of stupidity by the ones in charge already. So cross your fingers and say a prayer for us....and thanks for all your support and kind words, y'all have made this whole ordeal a little easier to get through. to each and every one of you! All the jokes and stories and pictures have brightened my days incredibly. I love my OES.org friends! |

Ditto! |
What a wonderful way to start the year! |
I hope everything goes well and MOST IMPORTANTLY (as I know this was my biggest concern) ...i hope it doesn't take a million years for him to get to you after he's arrived. I'm sure you know exactly what I mean (turning in the weapons, getting briefed, getting luggage, etc).
Hope you have a stress free time getting to your hubby, and that he enjoys touching that beautiful belly!! |

No... big security no-no, and I wouldn't for the life of me trust all our troops TO keep them considering how messed up some of them become due to being in iraq ...and then there's the fact that many of them (mostly 1st term enlisters) just don't come from good upbringings and will probably end up in jail or w/an article 15 before their commitment is up.
Anyway, do you guys have anything special planned once he returns or are you guys taking it easy? |
Yay, so exciting for the both of you! |
