Does anyone else have this proble or could there be something else going on? Val |

Yes!
Betsy passes gas so loudly, I would swear it was a grown adult. I have even gone to check to see if someone else is in the house when this occurs! I suspect it is the fiber in the diet dog food. Our other dogs' are on a weight management food and Betsy regularly grazes their bowls. |
Have you noticed any change in their temperment since feeding a high fibre diet, rosie had just started to be really good but the last couple of days she seems to be going backwards and biting without any real reason? |
Just noticed you are in the UK. The best dry food IMO is Arden Grange. If you look on their website and email them addressing the email to "Ness" and explaining about your dog, over weight, etc. She will send you free samples. They are really good at Arden Grange. Ness also answers any queries you have about your pet. Give it a go.
(Summer has got wind tonight but she went out the garden to go to the loo and a bl...dy firework went off, now she wont go back out!) |

She probably got a gut ache. That would make me grumpy. |
The dogs were grumpy about the food change (they wouldn't eat it for a a day or two... spread it around on the floor... begged for people food) but they weren't crabby any other time.
The puppy has Wellness large breed puppy food in her bowl, but seems to prefer the Purina Pro Plan weight management food to her own. |
Thank you for all your replies, I have gone back to the old original burns as something is not agreeing with her.
For the last 2 days she's a much happier dog, thank god.................. |
