The day after Xmas Fun-NOT
The sump pump had burned out.  What a mess. One good thing is most of my things were in totes. We have some damaged things and I will look tomarrow at that mess. Thank the good loard we had a new pump that was left here the the other owners. Took about a hour to drain the basement. I had a dehumidifier down ther so I hope it still works. It is new too. Oh well just another day in my life to laugh at. LOL  |

Oh, that is bad news. I had a couple basement floods over the years too - never a good thing. 
Thankfully he needed to go downstairs and found it - better sooner than later. |
