6 Tbs. butter 1 tsp fresh lemon juice pinch salt fresh pepper...a good grinding...maybe 1/2 teaspoon 3 Tbs. light rum, warmed 1/2 cup heavy cream, warmed Melt butter, add lemon juice and salt & pepper. Add mushrooms, saute until somewhat browned. Drain out excess butter and any remaining liquid. Pour rum over mushrooms and ignite. When flames die down, stir in heated cream. (you can use brandy instead of rum) |
