Measurements approximate.....sometimes I measure. 1/3 cup olive oil 4 cloves garlic smashed juice from at least two lemons fresh rosemary...about 6 inch or 1-2 Tbs 1/2 cup red wine, bolder the better 1/2 tsp. dried basil or 2 tsp fresh 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp. dried thyme 1/4-1/2 tsp coriander Splash soy sauce (2 Tbs?) Mix and pour over a deboned (butterflied) leg of lamb and marinate several hours or over nite. Grill lamb to desired doneness. |

Actually there's a leg in the freezer. I'd better remove it and defrost so I can bone it, if I still have a sharp knife, LOL!
