today has been the best day so far for me i recieved 5 cards thats 19 cards so far woohoo they all look great im loving it  |
| So Many Cards! I'm loving my first Holiday Sheepie Card Exchange!!!!
I wasn't going to decorate this year; too hard with us trying to move. but once the cards came pouring in, I at least had to do the mantel! I'll get a photo of it soon to share. I made my cards yesterday; they should be here by the weekend and in the mail by Monday! |

| so I just got the STRANGEST holiday card...
airmail from my mom, who lives overseas. I open it, and its one of those photo cards, but I don't recognize any of the kids on it. I'm like "who are all these people? And WHEN did my mom get a sheepdog, and why didn't she tell me?" And then it sinks in; its an OES holiday card from someone that has handwriting that identically matches my mother's! That it arrived airmail cemented my assumption that it was from my her. So weird and unsettling! I was so upset that my mom had these strangers on her card, and had gotten dogs without telling me!  |

| This is my first year for the card exchange and I'm loving it. What fun to check the mailbox and see how many more have arrived.
I mailed the non-USA cards a couple of weeks ago. Most of the USA cards are gone with just a few more to get done. |
| hmm I still have to order my cards - but I did get pictures. it took so long becasue I wanted to get Mr Newfie puppy in the picture - you will see in all the pictures there is a space in the photo that is newfie sized - but no Newf
I need to download and order tonight. Dan only picks up the mail ever few days - hope maybe tonight he will stop - I would love some new cards. I have all the postcard photo ones on my cubicle wall and everyone is enjoying them. |

so glad that they got there thanks so much on the comments about Rheagh shes not been well of late and spent a little time in hospital but she is on the mend just now. We had snow not often we get snow so we made the most of it lol |

| I just got my cards finished today. Some went out on Saturday and the rest will go out tomorrow.
All the cards are really great this year. I am just enjoying each and every one of them. We all look forward to openning up the envelopes and we pass the cards around and enjoy them. Even at work they are asking me if I am getting sheepie cards this year. I always bring them to work after the holidays for everyone to enjoy. They can't wait to see them. I'm sorry they went out sooooo late again. The final part of the fiasco was the envelopes ordered from Staples STILL haven't shown up; they estimate that they will show up tomorrow. So we bit the bullet and bought them in several packs of small quantities. About a buck a piece just for the stupid envelopes!!!! |

I wait until one big day to open all (well, really most) of the cards! The anticipation is at once wonderful and brutal with a big and growing pile of cards to open! Once Joan and I open them together, we will put them up around the entranceway to the home, around the mirror and the woodwork... perhaps I'll take a picture this year! Almost impossible to take in at once, though. Maybe I'll go and open just one... |

| I think that I am officially the last one to send their cards out!! After 2 photo sittings that didn't turn out, we went with an old pic. Then Sam's Club cropped the photo that I picked so if anyone can't figure out what my picture is, I'll post the original in a little while!!
Everything went in the mail today and the people behind me at the Post Office were thrilled with all the International mailings! I passed a girl who was sitting in her car addressing her package who then ended up behind me in line and proceeded to complain loudly about her wait in line to whomever was on the other end of her cell phone. Next time, have your stuff ready and you won't get behind me in line!!!! |

i always love your cards!!!!!! i didn't get mine yet. hope it's not lost. i finally sent mine out. not crazy about them. will do better next year. 2008 was awful for me. |

| My bus arrived today and it is super. I think it may have to stay up until Easter though. My wall looks great with all the cards on it! |

All my cards are displayed on ribbons thoughout my family room ...but the BUS has a special place on my counter ----all by itself!!! I can't wait for everyone to see it on New Years Day!!! I am sure I will get many compliments on it!!!!!

| I can believe how creative and fantastic this years cards were! Thanks to each and everyone of you. I hadn't posted yet as due to the snow and my impassable mail box..the mail stopped coming aprox a week ago. Yipiiii , yesterday I received 8 more cards!

| We really enjoyed the cards again this year. Our guests at the New Year open house that viewed the cards last year where asking to see them again this year.
Our dear friends are VW fanatics and tried to walk out the door with the bus. Ron and Joan, thanks! What a thoughtful and well thought out Christmas surprise. |

Strangely enough, our vw bus spent most of its life in Utah, traveled to Las Vegas for a body makeover around the year 2000, ended up out in Laguna Beach, CA where we purchased it from in 2003. |

I am jealous as first everyone was raving about Ron's gift ...then yipiiiii mine finally arrived. I even checked my mailbox yesterday and there were another 3 cards! Still no sign of the bus however which I'm anticipating - can't wait! I can't bear to throw any of the cards away (have saved all the cards from years previous) and am thinking of having a collage or something made from them. Marianne |

| The bus finally arrived along with 4 other cards! Just love it as well as all the others. Everyone did an outstanding job with their cards this year.
I'm keeping all of them and will use them for a project - sometime in the spring. Marianne |
| I can not thank you enough for all of the wonderful christmas cards. I hope everyone received ours in time!! We FINALLY took all of them down this week and added to the growing collection of yearly cards.
