Photo editing tools
I used to just use microsoft photo editor, which I had on my other pc because I had office installed.... I can't seem to find it or anything similar that will run on vista without re installing office. |

Oops just read you have Vista and I do not know anything about Vista  Put PSP is still one of the best and cheapest IMHO |
