Razor burn now a small bump

I got some aloe vera gel and I also did what Ron mentioned. Tonight I got a q-tip and went to put the aloe vera on and I felt noticed a small bump size of tiny mosquito bite. Could this be where he has just irritated the area from licking/biting at it? Should we go to the vet? It is located approximately 1/2 way down the sheath.
