Anyone familiar with iTunes???
 So i have an iPod and i use iTunes. Sometimes i create a play list (out of my music library on iTunes) and when i am in the play list it lets me manipulate the songs into any order by click and drag.
I know u CAN do this b/c I've done it several times. So now i created a play list from my music library that covers many different songs off of many different CD's. But when i am in the play list, it won't let me move them around. 
What am i doing wrong? I created this play list by being in my music library and clicking on a song then telling it to add to the play list i designated. I have also tried it by going through the whole library and control clicking on all the songs then making a new play list from my selection but the results are the same, i can't move it around into the order i want it to be in. Apple support was no help

In case u were wondering: you just click on the right side of the header above the column that lists the track numbers. I knew it was simple.
