Ringing the bell
Jasper has moved up from standing by the door to actuallying ringing the bell! No accidents (except for when he was not feeling well with tummy upset) for a couple of weeks. I am so happy he is getting to the point of letting us know what he wants to go out !! A big Thank you to the big sister Miley for showing him how to ring the bell. |

  It is indeed so nice. Jack still reverts to coming and "arfing" if the need is urgent. Otherwise it's the bells......... |

I taught Laika the bell ringing technique but she abused it the bugger. Now she has a doggy door and can go potty when she wants  |

| Getting them to ring the bell is really not that hard.
Each time you let them out, take the paw, or the head and ring the bell and let them know that is a 'REALLY GOOD DOG!" It can take about a week or two and before you know it you will hear bells. |
