Is it something like this ?
Pineapple Refrigerator Dessert 1 1/2 teaspoons unflavoured gelatin 2 tablespoons cold water 1 can crushed pineapple 20 ounces 2 cup whipped cream ,whipped miniature marshmallows for garnish Soften gelatin in cold water, dissolve over hot water , stir in drained pineapple. Chill until partially set .Fold in half of the whipped cream.Spread a layer of the mixture over each of the graham crackers. Line cracker up on each of their edges, sticking one cracker with spread to the last to form a loaf. Frost loaf with remaining whipped cream. Arrange miniature marshmallows on the top. Chill well and then slice and serve. |

Chill well and then slice and serve. Humm... The recipe I had used graham cracker crumbs. If I remember, you used that as a crust, and then it had this other stuff on it. It may have even had some banana's in it???? Thank you for this recipe-- It sounds really good!!! |
Sounds a lot like a watergate salad minus the graham cracker crust. I think anything is delicious with a crust and whipped cream. |

I could make it similar to Watergate Salad I suppose-- and just substitute and add where I need to. |
