Sheepdog mix
I just happen to be browsing the forum and I wondered if anyone else out there has an OES mix? We got ours from an OES breeder whose pet Golden Retriever accidentally got pregnant from the male Sheepdog and they didn't want the puppies so we adopted her. Since then I frequently search the internet to see if there are any others like her out there, but I haven't found any so I thought I would just post it as a question on here. So back to my question, does anyone on here have an OES mix and if so do you think the OES characteristics dominate (ours do for sure!) Thanks and happy thanksgiving  |

I have a sheepie mix ! Archie's Mum was an OES but she was left at a Boarding Kennel already Pregnant so we don't know what breed his Dad was but he has a lot of OES characteristics , he is the same colouring as your Dog .....mainly black with the same white flash on his chest but his feet have a grey tint to them and he has highlights of ginger around his head and ears 
Like you I've kept searching for others ........Archie is my first big dog , I have 3 Westies as well but he's a delight and like my shadow , having had little dogs from being a child this is the first time i've had a dog who really wants to be with me even if I'm only doing the hoovering !!

| Hello, Yes we have an OES mixed with Golen Retriever. My sister has the brother too. My dogs name is Oliver and hers is Lou. We just love them. We have always had Golden Rets. I work for a pet and feed store. Last year around Nov. this couple came in with the cutes puppy. They told me what it was and I was on the phone with the friend they got him from (his name is Ottis). I will post some pictures. Lou happens to be here this weekend visiting. So I wil get some pics. on. So glad to hear other people have the same kind of dog. I thought we were the only ones. LOL |
| We just adopted an OES/Golden mix. He is just a pup, but he looks like a smaller version of your dog. My last dog was also a mix, but he was an OES/Airdale mix. He was the best pet I have ever owned! Not an aggresive bone in his body, just pure love. He are hopeing for the same with this new little guy! |

Well, now you HAVE to post pictures of him (or a link)!! My 2 favorite breeds in one dog. Now I'm curious to what he looked like. |
| Hank is 1/2 OES. We only know that dad was small... Hank is about 40-45 lbs at 1 year... He is 99% OES. Looks and personality. He's just small and has an xtra long nose.   |

We rescued Nola just about 6ish weeks ago. We were told only that she was an OES but we're beginning to think that Nola is a mixed breed. She definitely has the OES tendencies though and gets all sorts of compliments about how adorable she is. Poor Sam is getting super jealous!  |
