I was given two options..C-Section or External cephalic version where they try to move the baby into the correct position. I choose the external cephalic version. When this is done they will be inducing labor immediately afterwards. So this is going to be done mid to late next week. If I go into labor before that I will have to have a C-Section.... If I am ready or not my little girl will be here by the end of next week at the latest..... I am so nervous!!!

For some reason everyone thinks I will not make it until next week and that I am going to have the baby this week. We picked out the name Hayley Rose. We are naming the baby after my Grandma Helen, but Helen is an old lady name so we decided to just go with an "H" name. Rose was her middle name and is also my Mother In Law's middle name and my favorite flower so that works out pretty nice. Elissa |

| I hope all goes well, I had 2 c-sections, both beautiful babies and healthy. I unfortunately didn't want to let them out...what's up with that? Anyways, it was a piece of cake, and hubby took his 6 weeks off work to be home with us.
I also love that name, it's very smooth sounding and also very pretty. Congratulations |

Thankfully the weather is finally what it's supposed to be here. Temperature are a bit above normal. It's been in the 80's the past couple of days and beautiful. Unfortunately the main road from the freeway to the hospital is still closed due to extensive damage and won't be open for 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. So relatives will have to take a detour. But the way I take is open again and it's a straight shoot of 5 minutes to the hospital for me. I am happy for that. As for boys with flowery names....probably wouldn't work.  So yes I'd say you'd have to have a girl to do that.

 Yeah- I can just see the look on my husband's face "Oh Honey, wouldn't Jeffrey Rose be so wonderful for a little boy" That'd be a big "NO".

I have no advice to offer, just well wishes. Hope you have a safe, uncomplicated delivery. I hope it goes exactly the way you have dreamed it, 5,546,737 times in the last 9 months. AND, I hope that Hayley Rose makes a stunning appearance amazing you with just with the fact that she has 10 beautiful fingers and 10 beautiful toes.

Tomorrow is the Dr's appt and we will be scheduling the Version and induction of labor I will update then....if I am still around. I had lot of contractions and pain yesterday though nothing progressive. The Dr said to go to the hospital if they got to a point where they were 5 mins apart. That didn't happen... Elissa |

Just got back from the Dr. He scheduled the Version for Thursday at 8:30am. He is very confident that it will be successful and she will move. If all goes well and she does move they will induce labor immediately. I am so nervous!!! Elissa |

| Wow I cant beleive im writing this, but i just did a google search of my own name and it came up with this site obviously because my name is Hayley-Rose! I am 25 years old and live in Christchurch, New Zealand. I have only ever heard of my name being used 3 times and two of which are friends of friends thinking that my name was so lovely that they named there daughters that and the other i heard of was when i was 15 years old and had a job part time after school in a local supermarket working on the checkout, I was serving a lady and she gasped as my name badge and i asked her if everything was alright she replyed that she had given birth to a wee girl only 10 days before and her husband and herself had decided to name the baby Hayley-Rose!! I hope your daughter is health and happy she is blessed to have such a beautiful name and people will comment on it for the rest of her life like they have mine, and she will then tell of the story on how she was named as i have done my whole life.
