1. Just 2 of us (husbands lives for the left-overs so won't go out or to friends.)

Roast in Oven 4. 325 5. stay the same, browns nicely 6. frozen 7. non frozen is juicer as freezing hasn't damaged cells, but not enough for me to justify the cost. 8. I wanted to but just no room. Have in past but why? We prefer something else for Christmas. 9. I will NOT do the green bean casserole. I prefer broccoli with boursin cheese casserole. Mashed spuds only, no yams (we eat them at least once a week during year), dressing/gravy and salad. Oh, and of course main reason hubby likes T-giving......cranberries. 10. Pumpkin pie |

Used to be 325. 5) when roasting I just set one temp and basted off and on all day till done. 6) frozen and always looking for the best sale price! 7) never gotten a fresh one... 8 I have in the past. We now prefer ham at Christmas instead of more turney. 9) I love Cranberries! I make a great fresh cranberry orange salad. Always sweet potatoes, asparagus, rolls, my mom's jello salad, stuffing... the usuals. 10) Any dessert will do! Hubby loves pecan pie. The boys like peanut butter pie and daughter always hogs the cookies. |

IN AN OLD ROASTING OVEN IN THE GARAGE, THE SAME OVEN MY MOM USED FOR ALL OF OUR TURKEYS, STILL WORKS, LAST YEAR WE REPLACED THE CORD. I GET UP FIRST THING IN THE AM AND START THE STUFFING, STUFF THE BIRD AND GET IT IN THE ROASTER, THEN I SALIVATE ALL DAY AS IT COOKS.
