| HA! I was exactly the same way...drove me crazy because my friends would send me these requests and I just didn't get it! It's one of those things that over time you figure out.
When you get a request for a gift or game type thing, you can either ignore it or accept, and if you accept then you have to agree to the application...once you do that you can either use it or not, doesn't matter. You can choose in your settings if you want an application to be shown on your profile page ("wall") or if you want it kept in your boxes tab. Like I said, it just takes time! I laughed at myself for months because I am supposedly fluent in networking software as part of my job, but the social networking software threw me for such a loop.

My Kids got me to join too ..........it's slow going and I keep having to get them to sort me out !  but I've got in regular contact with a couple of friends that had reached the 'we send cards at christmas stage ' so I'm glad to have stuck with it

I feel like a big dummy! They're just little virtual gifts or ornaments from your friends...just click accept and follow the prompts if you want them and then if you want you can send them to your friends - or - you can ignore the requests by clicking "ignore all" at the top right of your requests page. |
| Deb, hi how are you? yes good luck and go slow thats what I feel like on this as a new member. The picture thing was hard but I did it with the help of ron. Yes i'm like a dummy too and still don't know how to change the word under the picture, or how it got their itchy. lol Debbie |

| Also have a look at DogSpace.com,you can open a MySpace type thing for your dogs,in your dogs name,and "chat" to other dogs.I have one already for my next pup who is just a future hope at this stage. |

Ive been on facebook for about a year now, it takes a while to get in on it but its GREAT. Ive just moved two hours away from home so facebook keeps me sane as im still in touch with a lot of people from my home town so it doesnt get too lonely being away. Sign up everybody! |

| You have to search by name to add so you can give us yours or vice versa. Once you have one of us, you'll get most of us because we should pop up in the people you may know part. |
| if you want to on facebook ...you can create a group, there is a button you select to make a group like 'oes.org sheepie fans' with a name like that it would be easy to find and join. |
