a big glug of olive oil. 4-5 shakes of soy sauce 2 limes zested plus the juice 10 shakes of tabasco teaspoon of wasabi powder salt and pepper dice 2 avacadoes, 3/4 of a large red onion, 5 scallions, 2-3 tomatoes.. add too sauce, gently mix and set aside 4 tuna steaks, salt, peppered and some black sesame seeds both sides.. sear on both sides in a HOT oiled pan....1 minute each side... dice tuna and add to mix... serve with couscous.....follow the recipe on the box and when done, sprinkle in some garlic powder and some ginger powder...... light and easy! |

hmmmm, I love fresh tuna. Hard find and very expensive. Nice change of recipe from usual sesame coated tuna. |
tuna isnt in ''season'' now, but fresh n easy carries it yr 'round!
you could also buy frozen and thaw....just make sure that its dry before putting it in the hot oil! |
