Then I : Place chicken breasts on a baking sheets You can leave the skin on or off works either way . I take a handful of sour cream and smear it on top of the chicken breasts. I like it thick. Shake on whatever herb grabs my fancy, tarragon , dill or oregano . Add some garlic if I'm in the mood. Top with a thick layer of grated parmesan cheese and throw them in the oven for 25-30 min. The cheese turns golden brown and the smell from the oven is devine. Presto ! A delicious dinner with coscous, rice or potatoes and a salad. |

I do that with my halibut sometimes. Mmm..
I miss it now that it's not readily available |
Katdog - - Your dinner sounds awesome. I think I will it make tonight - - thanks for the recipe!
Joahaeyo - - - if I lived closer - I would gladly give you as much halibut as you wanted. We still have a freezer full from our Alaska trip and I have prepared it everyway possible and I hate to say this - - but I am tired of halibut. My husband was even talking last week of doing another Halibut fishing trip next summer! I guess it is time to get really creative, huh? Halibut smoothie? |
