It's a psychological thing. You are rewarding yourself for doing well, knowing you have a week to make up for it. If you must do it, just eat less of all of those things. If you can come to terms with the fact that you DO NOT have to do it, maybe just indulge in one of your favorites...in a moderate amount. |

I weigh in, see that I'm where I'd like to be or even a few lbs under, so I feel it's okay to splurge a little since I've got some leeway!!! Then afterwards, I feel terrible that I didn't choose something healthier!! I lost a lot from being sick and now I'm 2lbs from where I originally was ...so this morning, I hate FOUR moon pies (chocolate with creme filling) and now I feel sick and hate that I used my calories that way. I'm about to make chocolate turtles, so I can only see my day going downhill. |
