Oops! In my excitement, I forgot to log in!!! Well, off to spoil my new little one! |
Congrats!!!! Looking forward to pics! |
uh oh, an "only." You get to spoil him and the new owner gets all the excess baggage that comes with an "only" Congratulations, grandma. |
Thanks! It looks like the stud's owner is leaning towards taking him - I decided to offer him to them first as we all tried so hard to get a good mating and their boy (the stud) is turning 11 in December. Only thing I am not looking forward to is docking his perfect little tail...I know it's part of our standard but it kills me to think about it! Perhaps in my next litter I will be able to keep one - then I could conceivably keep his/her tail intact. I often think that Sidney has a hard time communicating with our other pups b/c of her lack of a tail and big fluffy face. Anyway, she's a great mom! He's a great pup! We were lucky! |
Congratulations I am so happy for you and so glad the one and only made it into the world OK, well done to you all.
Now born grey/white? Instead of Black white? If so then you have what is called a "Blue Puppy". You will find the pigment is a grey colour rather then black and the eye colour will be a light grey or amber colour when open. Best wishes with your new lil man and enjoy each special day with him. Again WELL DONE Now that he has exclusive rights on the Milk Bar, make sure he suckles each time on different teats to help the milk flow normally from all. That way no chance of Mastitis happening. Oh and watch his weight that he does not over indulge at the milk bar and become a porky pupper. Piccys of the new special boy too. |
Congrats!!!!! And welcome to the world baby boy! |

No - he was born black & white so I'm pretty sure he's going to be grey & white as an adult. I've seen blue & white puppies - they were born grey & white. Sorry for the confusion! His mom (Sidney) is blue, grey & white. |
congrats on the new youngster, even if only for 8-10 wks. |
Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
