This morning I let them out for first call. I made coffee and then went to let them back in. They both RAN to their food bowls and looked up at me. I always find that funny..look down empty, look up at me, look down, still empty. So I filled Simon's bowl first, give it to him and then Garfunkel's. I go to get my first cup of coffee and have to walk past Simon on the way and I hear this growl. I turn, look at Simon who is standing with his head over the food bowl, not eating, and looking at me out of the corner of his eye. I say "EXCUSE ME????. He looks down and waits till I walk away to start eating again. I'm going to watch and see if it happens again and if it does he goes back to hand feeding. Little snot!!!! |

lol...someone was grumpy (and it wasnt you)......i would have taken the food up, walked away for 10 minutes or so, then put it back down...sometime a ''time-out'' works... |
Time to separate the bowls a bit more. Also if he's growling at you, time for going back to basic training. He needs some attitude adjustments.
Actually Jack is still growly but will let me touch him.......his back only.....when eating. Far cry from trying to remove my face the first time! |
