I have direct tv because I had dish and they wanted too much to upgrade to HDTV. They do seem easier to deal with. I complained about the price lately, and told them we were thinking of bundling with someone else, and they gave me $20.00 off my bill for the next 6 months. |
We have Time Warner TV cable. It is OK but for us to much money. We have the all in one. Phone, road runner, and cable. $ about 150 a month.
Whats wrong The same movies are on for days. AND they keep comeing back. I am sick of this. Nothing new. We have been thinking of down grading all. They offer RR lite for $20.00 we pay $45 now cable now is $50 down to basic $8.00 a month Have phone turned off. $40.00 to 0 We all have cell phones so why pay double for phones Savings $120.00 a month. Gee this is a big savings. $1,440.00 a yr yes I love the food network but my compter can give me the info Hubby is into History ect he would miss that. I will let you know what we do. |
I have DirecTV at my house and my BF has Dish at his. I prefer DTV to DISH because I get more channels for less money and they have more HDTV channels than Dish. |
Around here, Dish network has better prices than DTV.
We have had DNW for years. I don't know about the number of HD stations each have. We did just get upgraded to HD through DNW, but we still have our old TV!! We are in the country too, so no cable for us, although I prefer both companies over the cable service my friends in town have! |
Dish has better deals here than Direct. As long as I can watch Food Network and my Buckeyes ( who aren't doing so well this year!!) I am good. My Dad has Direct and seems to think Dish is better... I have no idea. |
