It is a nutrisystem type plan, but the food looks more healthy at first glance. Saw an ad in our newspaper and wondering if anyone has tried it. www.seattlesutton.com |

I have known people to try it and really like it, but they have a hard time sticking with it consistently. The reason is not because it is bad, but you have to do quite a bit of planning, ordering, and picking up the food.
I believe that what it does is provide the correct portions of food and have it balanced so it is extremely healthy. The food is fresh and not frozen. It has helped people with losing, or gaining weight, along with energy increase and other health-related issues. Personally, I have wanted to do it, but with the $$ as they are, I have not been able to bring myself to do it. |

I found 2 magazines that are helpful-Clean Eating Magazine and Healthy Heart Living. Have a few books on the Mediterranean diet, so this is my current plan. Know that the winter months are tough for wt gain, want to get a head start . Thanks for the reply! |
