Dinner in 8-12 min! (Honey Pecan Chicken Recipe)
I always pound mine thin because there's more to go around and tastes better to me. You just have to take your chicken breasts, dip very generously in flour, sprinkle with salt, pepper, then fry for 4-6 min. on each side and in the last minute ...heat up 1/4C chopped pecans with 1/4C honey. Drizzle on top of chicken. It was SO good!!!!!!!!!! Tried with Pork for lunch, and it was just as yummy!  |

I'm embarrassed what we ate WITH it because it wouldn't be my choices, but the broccoli was leftover, and the mac n cheese was requested by the lo.  |

when you say "heat up" the pecans and honey, do you mean in a separate skillet to blanch them?  Then pour across the chicken or pork in the other skillet? or on the plate before serving?
I need visual or really explicit instructions.  |
I'm the same way! microwave for 30-60 sec until warm or on stove top and serve over chicken that's already on plate when ready to eat/chicken is done.  |
