Anywho....My hubby and I have had Agatha now for about 6 months, and after a bumpy start....she is thriving now and in her element. We are so happy to have her, and cant imagine life without her. She is the best dog. A little dopey sometimes, she walks into trees, doors, me, ect.... She also loves cat toys! She has a buch of dog toys, but she would prefer to play with mice! Oh well.... I am going to try to paste a picture on this message. So for all of you out there who have helped us get her, we really appreciate it. Thanks to Betsy and Ingrid, you gave us the best gift we could ever want... Amber |

Ok, never mind. I cannot figure out how in the world to add a pic to the avatar, or how to put my pictures up on my profile....Please help me!!!
I want to show everyone how beautiful she is! Goodness, I cant believe I am having such a hard time with this! Amber |
Here is Agastha...she is beautiful!!!
|
Oh thank you! And now that I look I see that the photos did get loaded. You are the best. I just wanted to be able to post her pic and brag about her.....
She is the best dog! Thanks for helping me with that! |
what beautiful soulful eyes! |
If you click on the camera icon at the bottom of your post
it will bring up the pics. Then you can click on the individual picture to bring up the info underneath. If you copy and paste everything in red you can post it in a mesage. Now for the avatar....if you right click on the thumbnail it will bring you to where you can click on properties. If you copy the properties you can paste them in your profile at the bottom where it says Upload Avatar from a URL. I hope this makes sense becuase, it took me a while to figure it out! (hope nobody is totally laughing at my lack of computer terminology!) |
She is adorable! Love that big sheepie nose!
Good for you for sticking it out through the rough 6 months! She'll love you forever (as you probably already know). |
Aww...what a cutie...And I LOVE her name.....!!!!!!! Need more pictures of this pretty girl!!!!! |
Thanks Donner's Mom! That took about a half a second. And now I feel silly, because I have been trying to do that for months!!! You are awesome!!!
She really is a wonderful new addition to the family. More than a dog, almost like a child!! At first we had some seperation anxiety problems with her, and she was not really comfortable around different people. We were able to work with a great behaviorist, and with her help, and lots of patience and love, she has come through! She gets up every morning with so much excitement. I wish I was that happy to greet the day! Now that she is more comfortable and outgoing, my husband is pestering me for another sheepie. Except this time he wants a little boy (he is outnumbered with two female cats, me, and now Aggie). I told him we can do that only AFTER we fencend in the yard! Not until then. But I do know that when that day comes, it will be another rescue sheepie for sure. Agatha just seems so grateful, and it made us feel so good to be able to give her a home and spoil her. Cant wait to do it again! |
what a great story you are a true angel for hanging in there with this sweet girl .. love those eyes.. |
Thank you! It was worth it, and it will be again
Now I am trying to talk my parents (who live in FL) into adopting one when they move up here. I had a sheepie growing up, which is why I knew I wanted another one. They are almost convinced!!! |
There always seem to be a lot of rescues available in Florida. Your parents should have no problem finding one. Keep us posted! |
