Hope you have a good appetite soon and that it is nothing serious. Sometimes it seems they just are not hungry but I always worry, too.
Have you tried any of the really good treats you know he will eat. Miley loves yogurt. You know if they won't eat the favorites then I become more diligent about figuring out what is wrong. |
Maybe he's not feeling well - just keep an eye on him, you know the drill... |
Keep an eye on him and also that he is drinking still.
Do you have a thermometer to take his Temp? Might be a good idea just to see that is not elevated. Give him 24 hours and most important as long as he is drinking then if still not eating see the vet. Watch his potty too, to make sure no loose ones & peeing OK too for the next 24 hours. If there is then off to the vets, fluids is more important then wether he is eating or not. I always worry if mine go off food as there usually pigs with food so I can understand your worry with him refusing food. |
well he vomited throughout the night and is very quiet this morning. we have an appointment with the vet this afternoon. He wouldn't even attempt to eat his peanut butter this morning, obviously he is unwell. now to figure out what it is. |
