Forum Maintenance
I'm in the middle of making some changes in the forum software. You may notice some problems while I am doing this, but they should be quite temporary. If you notice anything strange that persists for more than a minute or two, please let me know! Thanks! |

| I'm having trouble with the forum.
When I click on the forum.oes.org Forum Index part of the forum.oes.org Forum Index -> General Chit Chat Link to go back to the index, I'm taken to the General Chit Chat section again. I'm using firefox 1.0, I can email you with more details if you want. Saul. |

| Ok, well, Firefox and IE don't see eye-to-eye on how to do something that I was trying to do, but I think I've figured out a way around the problem
(... so instead of the technology adapting to the human, the human figured out a way to adapt to the technology.) Thanks Saul! Let me know if you see anything else that's "interesting". PS another thing I've done is to reduce the size of each page by a substantial percentage (except for pages that have pictures, then the percentage is much smaller). The good thing about this is for folks on dial-up... the pages ought to load 20-30% more quickly. For folks on broadband, it might feel just a hint "snappier." |
