A helpful member here has told me to submit a history of our OES ownership record to the various OES Clubs and I will do this, but just wonder if its worth asking here for any Aussie breeders to keep us in mind and add us to their list of people wishing to buy a female pet quality pup . I bought my first OES pup at 15 and have owned 5 in all,and fostered one for 3 years.I have had 2 at one time once,no big deal to you breeders with a number I know, but it was a big deal for us. I am now 52,a stay at home mum of 2 teens,a boy 15 and a girl 14,I have always allowed the sheepdogs to live inside but have dog doors,We have never shown or bred so obviously nobody is going to sell us a top notch pup to be kept as a pet only and be speyed, therefore we are hoping somewhere a pet quality female pup will show up.We are happy to pay to have her flown to us and collect her from Maroochydore Airport.(Qld) We have a fully fenced yard just up from the broadwater and walk along there twice a day,do beachy stuff, dont travel or go away overnight unless we can take our dog/s,only want a permanent dog,not fostering again as I hated giving that one back to its owners,we would be good and happy owners. We have been sheepdogless for 2 whole years, had we realised how hard it is we would have started this search well before now. Please keep us in mind and tell your friends.Once I work out how to,I shall post some pics of my OES we have had over the years. Thanks for your time,,sorry for posting this in the wrong place in General chit chat originally,!Please feel free to pm me.Thanks Lyn |

Just wanted to wish you the best of luck looking for a pup. I had an awful time finding Bally and only came across his breeder by pure luck (and then had to drive 12 hours to pick him up) but don't let that deter you!
Good luck and I can't wait to see you're pictures when you find your new best friend |
