One of my favorites...I have always had 10-20 lbs to loose over 30 years...I figured I have lost/regained over 100 lbs over the years..I admire how hard they work at it and it's inspiring to see them change over a few months...it also shows how much exercise it takes...I just can't get into that much exercise...the older I get the less I want to do it! I am also sick of diets...I am just watching how much I eat now and accepting my body wants to be at this weight...the older you get the harder it is to loose and then when you do you regain it very easily. This show makes me realize my 10-20 lbs isn't really that bad and not continuing to gain is my goal at this time. |
I like this show too. I find it fascinating. It cracked me up last season, though, because I was pregnant and pretty much always had a bowl of ice cream while I watched it... |
