Got some good video though!! Ahem - being agility, it got it's own posting, of course Kristine |
Well I just heard from Val. They are at the Top 20. Not much to eat, but lots of wine and nuts! lol........ Val says she can't tell em apart they are all 'poofffy'''' lol........ she is to call me back with who is judging......
someone told them we were posting about them here on the oes.org.... and she said no fair as they can't see what we are posting........ heheheh what can we say????? |
WHAT??? No cheese????
I just got off the phone with Dawn. Judges are: Norman Harrison (UK) Chris Moore (AU) Joanne Sewell (AU) Val is reportedly behaving. Judi, not so much. What a shocker. I won't travel to California, but I'm going to have to go when the national is back east if only to slap Mandy silly for rude comments. Shoes are reportedly a sight to behold (is this a theme with her?) Hopefully someone is taking pictures. Of the dogs too... Kristine |
I do wish I could have gone oh well sitting home waiting to take Morgan to an emergancy vet appointment so maybe this was why I ended up staying home.
Hope everyone parties enough for all of us sitting at home. And Kristine part of me says a fly in sans dogs to california may make a good FUN trip - and learning experience |

Several people have suggested we should plan on a big California Party '09. I can't see myself doing that. I haven't yet been able to bring myself to leave Mad with anyone else for even a single night since her FCE and Belle isn't getting any younger. And without a dog...Sure for the conformation and the parties, but not being able to play in performance would damn near kill me. And California looks to be able to host an excellent slate - herding, especially. If you can make it, I'm sure it will be a blast. Realistically I'm looking to '10 when it heads back east. That's drivable (I won't fly my dogs) and by that time I should have several dogs in competition, and maybe I can leave Belle and Mad with my parents, or better yet depending on where it is, my dog savvy aunt. For those of us who can't quite bring ourselves to go that far next year, and even those who do, there's always Sheepiepalooza and Purina Farms... But, yes, MN sounds wonderful. Very happy a good time is being had by all. Now to await obedience and rally results at the Twin Cities trials (breathe, Kathy, breathe ) Kristine |
