This is a link to Baton Rouge Hurricane Gustav damage. Some of the photos that show the long lines at the gas stations here. Generators run on gas so it was a daily trek to a gas station and wait in line for gas.

Indeed welcome back! How long had it been since a hurricane blew thru your area? Some buildings looked old and would have been blown away by any earlier storm.
Chainsaws and arborists, generators, contractors, and gasoline........there are never enough. Hope Ike misses you! But then who else here will get it........sigh. |
