| Thanks for the update, stay safe I heard what hit New Orleans was downgraded from Catergory 4 so here is hoping the next several hours all is well and the levies hold the storm surge back.
Going to be a rotten day or so, then another worry with Cyclone Faye maybe heading down that way. Hope you got your supply of Diet Coke Wyn, so good to hear at the moment you and the family are OK.  |

| Poor Wyn, it will take days to get the power back. So limited blackberry use as she won't be able to recharge it. No power.

| Spoke with Wyn a little while ago. Still having tornado warnings pop up here and there. They may not have power for quite a bit. They are still hanging in there. Limited to no fuel available. Most of the stores have no power either. I will update when I talk to her again. |

| We r being told no power for 2=4 wks here at my house. Send ice, a bigger generator, an air conditioner (it is 86 degrees tonight), an apparently more diet coke. Lol
they estimate over 150000 homes damaged here in baton rouge area. p.s. Need a case of febreeze. Wet dogs and stinky people equals hold your nose. Lol |
So sorry Wyn...at least you still have a sense of humor...for now.  |

I will send some cool air down. After 90 degree weather, it dropped down last night. 46 degrees now, with highs predicted of 67 the next several days. At least you have one generator - that is good. 2-4 weeks - Yikes, that is a long time! Hugs to you, Joe and the dogs. |
