Puppy Food
My luna is currently eating Science diet, but I would like to move her to Beneful: Healthy Growth for Puppies. I had a terrier who had a very sensitive stomach and once we moved to beneful, his tummy problems were no longer an issue. So I guess I just kind of like this brand based on the experiences I have had with my previous dog. Has anyone use beneful with their OES or recomend something else that would be a better fit for them? |

| I have tried every dog food under the sun and I have had the best overall results with Purina ProPlan Large Breed puppy food.
I definately would not recommend Beneful. |
| We use ProPlan Puppy as well but we don't use the large breed formula. I wouldnt use beneful either. Ours were on Iams and other people we know that had their dogs on the same thing, their dogs were getting sick and then all of a sudden we couldnt get the Iams so we switched back to ProPlan. We get the food at the horse feed place in town and if by chance they dont have the stock of the large bags they will give us the small bags at a reduced price. (we go thru a LOT of dog food!) |
| I wouldnt use beneful either!!!! The first ingredient is corn. Our dogs are all allergic to anything with corn as a base. |
