| I already can't stand Stella and that young kid who loves to tan and calls everything "licious." I like the Terri the black lady. I'm sensing this season could bring out the drama queens! |
| Paula! I tried to call you before the show, but you were yaking on the phone!!!! The two worst were....HORRIBLE! I would have had to send them both home. And what the heck was that swimsuit shaped thingie?????? EEK! I don't see much promise...let's hope they improve. My daughter called afterward and said the "gays are getting gayer" this year. Hmmm...I didn't notice that. |
| I had to wonder if some people hadn't done some prep work for the program. If I knew I was going to be a contestant, I would watch all the old programs and figure out my strategy for each of the challenges. Like the guy who made the dress out of plastic cups. It was so clever but I bet he'd done it before. Obviously the garbage bag person didn't think too far ahead. Wouldn't you have gotten the extra heavy duty bags?
Blayne, the one obsessed with tanning, is sooo obnoxious. I bet he'll be around for awhile just to stir things up. While I did not like the Asian guy's outfit, it definitely showed more work and effort than Blayne's pile of garbage. I think they kept Blayne since he is a stronger personality and brings more drama to the show than the Asian guy would have. |
| One thing that amazed me was when Austin (whom I adore) said he won that challenge with corn husks...that should have been a clue to use unusual things, and NOT TABLECLOTHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think that is why the judges (and moi) loved the lettuce and tomato drape, too bad it was around a TABLECLOTH!!! But a fairly good save! |
| After 4 seasons of PR you would think that every new contestant would have run through, at least in their head, how to make a dress out of groceries, recyclables, various forms of candy, old clothes, stuff from the flower market... They should have eliminated all of the tablecloth dresses. At least Garbage Bag Girl tried to have an original thought. Alas, she had apparently never shopped for trash bags before. |
| That Asian guy's outfit was total American Psycho serial killer. I was actually thinking he looked like a murderer when the girl on the show said it. It looked like a killer wearing horribly sewn together plastic tablecloths-- like a crazy person who not only liked to kill, but sew... poorly.
The girl that won did an amazing job. I loved all the staining and splashing she did to make the pattern. I love that look. I hand tea stained all my own wedding invitations and it took me a lot longer to do just the paper than it did for her to do the whole dress! |

| It's the last season on Bravo. Next season it moves to Lifetime and will be filmed in L.A. That, of course, signals the death knell for Project Runway. I can't imagine Tim Gunn in L.A.!
I just did a Season One marathon. Bought the DVDs off Ebay. Much more drama, and much more talent. |

| I really liked Laura, too...and I like...Wendy...I felt sorry for her...I loved Robert, even though he was crazy...I thought there was something sexy about him (Yea...I've always fallen for the crazy guy)....But the best (who had the worst runway show) was Michael. He was very sweet and his stuff was great...until the finale.. Go figure. |
| Ladies, I'm talking fan fave for THIS season!!!!
From past seasons, mine was Andrae from Season 2. He seemed like such a gentle soul, plus his "Inspiration" dress (from the picture of gutter water) was killer. From Season One, I'll pick Austin. Season Three, Michael. Deborah, I didn't know you were a sucker for psychos! I loathed Wendy Pepper. But I do agree that Rob from Season One was pretty hot. Number Two on my most disliked list is Santino. What a d!ck. Although he was funny with him imitation and songs. Every so often I break into a chorus of "Daniel Franco, where did you go?" Nobody has any idea what I'm singing about! |
| This season...ok..my fav is gone...it would be Joe. I really liked him. He was just real. Oh Paula!!! I HATED Santino!!! Just plain...GROSSED ME OUT!! Poor Wendy Pepper...I still feel sorry for her. |
| I'm so glad Leann won!!!! I loved her outfits. I liked Kenley's too, but can't stand her voice, or attitude. Korto (sp?) ... well I thought they were just ok...like you could see them at any store. |
| Glad to see that LeAnn won. Her collection was the most cohesive and unique. Kenley's attitude is mindboggling. If I could magically wear any one of the collections I would choose Korto's. They seemed more colorful and chic than the others.

| Kenley was painful to watch. She has a revolting attitude and she only hears what she wants to hear.
I was reallt glad Leanne won, too. Her line was so interesting and like Heidi said, it was stuff you hadn't sen before. How much bull did it sound like that Jennifer Lopez "hurt her foot?" It sounded like she just plain bailed. |

| Oh, and about Jennifer Lopez and her sore foot...apparently the next day (or within that same week) she ran a triathlon in LA...She must recover quickly...And the judges sit the whole time, how does a hurt foot affect that!
I'm happy Leanne won too. I wasn't too sure about all the flaps on her outfits, but they looked good on the runway. |
