Here another warm potato salad...my daughter wouldn't eat mayo so I improvised and it's pretty good
2-3 lbs. of small red potatoes cut up on baking sheet..add olive oil, salt and pepper and roast for 45 minutes in 375 oven. When hot, add 2 cups of sharp shredded cheese, 4 crisp pieces of bacon chopped up, 3-4 green onions cut up, 1 cup of sour cream. Gently mix and serve...really good. |
gosh, fresh basil....it is just wonderful. Sounds delicious. Wish I had turned on computer before sending DH to grocery store......
Maybe later in the week. |
