| Hi,
Leo is just great. I'm the number one fan of the boy. He is so sweet. He will begin the night curled up in my arms. Our two mile walks are a favorite and he just loves everyone even my hissy cats. I had a little problem in the beginning with him thinking the basement was his potty stop(its unfinished) but with the walks and positive reinforcement, It SEEMs to have stopped. Keep your fingers crossed. I have taken him everyplace and he loves everyone. Even my wonderful son-in-law who wonders what my obession with oes is all about, thinks he is a star. He is the one who put the pictures on. Thank you Mike. You are a star in my book. I'm enrolling in obedience with him for the end of July. He is trained. He can sit and stay. But I always think of obedience as a bonding experience. Hes pretty bonded but I think I might need some adjustment since I'm fawning all over him. You know how it is. Well, so much for the continuing saga of Leo the wonder dog. Thanks again everyone especially nancy. My heart was broken and now its healing with Leo. Kay |

Good for you for going into obedience. It is something the two of you can do together........and if he's as smart as he looks......you might even be able to go into higher obedience. |

I am so happy for you! It is great to see how a new boy can help heal the sadness! Have a blast with the new baby! Yes, Nancy does great work out there! I know Minnesota rescue is booming with dogs! Midwest rescue is just amazing.... Kudos to Minnesta, Wisconsin and Indianna! (and all the other states I am missing) |
