It's Friday and my boss is off.
 . Long day ahead of trying to get work done, when all I can think about is the weekend.
My 5 yo niece is in town, and we having her "birthday weekend". Garage sales tomorrow morning, shopping, out to lunch, and maybe our nails done. |

| I started planning lunch at 9 today while I was eating my breakfast, that's how much I'm ready to get out of here!
The city is a crowded mess today since they're having the big Stanley Cup parade for the Red Wings so if I go out for lunch, I have to stay out of the downtown area, hence my early planning. |
| Self-motivation is very difficult in the spring/summer.
It's not much easier in the fall/winter.  |
| Woo Hoo! it's my Friday off..... I'm still in my PJ's.... writing shopping list, planning dinner, ordering my new computer.... Well, I'm actually about to hop in the shower so I can actually do the shopping on my list.

| Yes, my boss was off today, so that means HER boss became mine today. I did not sign up this today. Probably the most stressful day I have ever had. I am ready for this day to blow over, and cross my fingers my decisions were correct. |
| Wednesday was the last day of work for 75 days, not that I'm counting.
I put in extra hours ahead of time so i could take yesterday and today off! Oh, and because they divide my paycheck into twelveths, I get paid for not working this summer! Not that it is a huge check.... New surgeon visit today. His fixing my shoulder on Tuesday! The surgery center called and I will owe them 93 dollars for my part - I wonder if I could him him to do something else? The guy came out yesterday to get my list of repairs for the house. We hope to put it on the market next year and want to get some stuff done now. Nice guy. the foundation guy came out today and it is so much cheaper than I thought to replace one fo th foundation wires/ties! I thought it was going to be thousands! So far, so goood! |
