Oh my!! That is definitely a dirty pup. |
Maggie looks like a real little madame she is so sweet |
Maggie loves dirt and she loves water and the two combined are just sheer heaven. Luckily when she dries most of it brushes out. |
dirt and sheepies just seem to go hand in hand |

She is adorable! She reminds me of our Willow who has a face as dirty a Maggies when she is outside! I have no idea what the facination with water and dirty is but it sure makes for a lot of laughs |
Maggie is our first sheepie. I have never had a dog who is so much fun. We laugh at her antics all the time. And then when she does something she shouldnt she just cocks her head at us and makes us laugh even more. Talk about being wrapped around her big old paw. |

Buddy and Willow are my first OES's also. They are a ton of fun and always keep you laughing, atleast mine do. I don't remember Buddy ever cocking his head but Willow also does that and I laugh. It must be a girl thing They do something every day that amazes me and they always make me laugh. I have totally fallen in love with the breed and can't imagine ever having anything other than a sheepie. |

Buddy and Willow are my first OES's also. How old are Buddy and Willow? Any advice on raising these critters? I don't want to make any HUGE mistakes with Maggie. |

Buddy is only 1.5 and Willow is about 11 weeks now I think. I have no advice lol Just love her to pieces Ohh here is my advice when you have a question come here and either it has already been covered or you can post a new one and get great responce. There are many wonderful people on here who give the best advice and are always willing to help when it is needed. This is how I came upon this website, looking for advice I am amazed at the amount of information that is covered here. I can't wait for Willows hair to get a little longer so I can put girly bows in it lol That I have yet to do. |
Oh I dont think Maggie would like bows, at this point I think she would tear them out and eat them or throw them in the mud. She is definitely a tom boy puppy right now..Post pictures of Willow being a girly girl. I usually start the day with a flannel shirt on and take it off as the day heats up and at least once a day she steals it and carries it around with her. They are the greatest dogs in the world.. |

She does not chew on them just hides them I looked behind the couch last night and she has been doing that with a ton of stuff, it is packed back there |

We keep our outside shoes in a big plastic bucket on the porch and Maggie loves to jump up and see what shoe she can get out. She hasn't chewed them yet she just loves to carry things around. She has one more week before she can be out in public without being carried and we cant wait to start walking her. We are glad too because she is approaching 30 pounds now and its getting harder to haul her around. |

I have no idea how much Willow weighs but when I am carrying her around for a while my back starts killing me. |
I think you need to get a t-shirt similar to the one a friend gave me last year after I babysat her dogs. It says:
Dirty Dogs Have More Fun! I wear it proudly. Especially when I'm out walking Sybil Kristine |

Dirty Dogs Have More Fun! I wear it proudly. Especially when I'm out walking Sybil Kristine I really do NEED a T shirt like yours..Maggie is living proof that dirty dogs do have more fun. I have found that the best time to get dirty is right AFTER a bath or right after I get the family room floor washed. Oh well, we do seem to encourage it so its our own fault. |

You forgot the part about right before your mother/MIL/some one along those lines will be at your house in 20 minutes and will NOT be amused. T-shirt or not. I don't know if it's encouragement so much as you catch them, say, rolling in something and you know you're going to regret this but they look so darn happy you can't bear to tell them to knock it off! KB LOL I had this picture of my MIL, who lets say nicely is not really a dog/cat person AT ALL..and when she finally realizes just how big Maggie is going to be we will not be invited back and she will NOT be coming here either..LOL |
Dirt+mud=HAPPY SHEEPIE |
Maggie is adorable! I put bows on Lizzie when we go out. She does all kinds of rolling around to get them out. Now that her fur is longer, I'm going to have to get her used to them all of the time. Wish me luck! |
